Terms and Conditions
Welcome to hoolchean.com ("the Site"). The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from hoolchean.com ("the Company"). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
The company is happy to include a hoolchean.com card with your relevant message. Unless you indicate otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the Site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its control. Gifts or hampers containing alcohol are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 21 years. It is the policy of Hoolchean.com to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end it is our policy that we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that may come in contact with the person. Currency rates may vary and will be charged at exchange rate on the day that ordered is received. On any offers from the company, each customer may only redeem one time. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. Hoolchean.com cannot be responsible for delays due to custom regulations.

SHIPPING & NOTIFICATION

Every effort will be made to have your products delivered on the date you have advised but this date can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
For other lead times on gifts please see individual product details or visit our delivery details page. Please note Hoolchean.com cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions effecting delivery.
Where orders are placed after notified last order date / time for guaranteed delivery the Company does not accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of delivery of gift(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific gift(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein, if you require a proof of delivery you must allow at least 3 days from the shipping date and your request for tracking . Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket.
You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, local daytime telephone number and postal / Zip code. Our couriers will only call the number provided if direction is needed to the delivery address and not to arrange a delivery.If the recipient is not home to accept delivery the courier will leave a notification card where the property is accessible or may deliver to a neighbour unless requested not to when placing the order.
The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if delivery address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any additional charges/ costs incurred in the completion of a delivery (re delivery) due to incomplete original recipient information from the purchaser or the recipients being unable to accept the item in the time frame specified period will be liable for all related charges and costs. This applies to national and international deliveries. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time and the goods are returned to Hoolchean.com a charge will be made for re delivery. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing (perishable items such as fruit or flowers) . Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within 2 days of receipt of goods.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days of shipment of goods. Hoolchean.com cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a gift or hamper, or charge any duty. All delivery lead times are pending customs, if customs wish to hold a parcel for inspection it can cause a delay and is out of our control. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order has been placed no amendments can be made to your order.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on merchandise that is returned in its original condition, including tags and is in a fully resalable condition and received within 90 days of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized products, perishable item product and earrings unless they are faulty.
Please note that orders or items returned for exchange or refund can have a processing time of up to 14 business days. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re saleable condition before we can process your exchange or refund. Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return.Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed. Returns received with incomplete or missing forms may take longer to process.
We will only refund items returned by standard mail, as instructed, as part of our returns process. Hoolchean.com reserve the right to limit the refund of the return fee if not returned by standard mail. The refund amount will be based on the average standard postal rate applicable on an individual basis.
Unfortunately we're unable to cancel or change any part of your order once placed, including the delivery address and order contents.
GIFTS CERTIFICATES / PROMOTION CODES
All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Promotional codes are 1 use per customer per transation unless otherwise specified.
Limitation As To Damages
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. Any damage to the parcel or contents must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect. Any electronic or digital equipment is sold subject to manufacturer's warranty only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by such electronic or digital equipment howsoever arising. If the item is damaged or defective, please call or email us immediately for instructions.
Customers will be automatically entered into the Company’s Reward Points program once they create an account on Slowera Store and place their first order. Reward points are credited to a customer's account after the order has been delivered.
The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Reward Points program, without notice for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Reward Points program. We reserve the right to revoke Reward Points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Reward Points program in any way.
This Reward Points program is void where prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Reward Points program. Customers earn 1 Reward Point for every US $2 dollar spent on Hoolchean.com. Each Reward Point is worth 10 US cent. The Company reserves the right to change earning and redemption rates at any time.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Reward Points program and revoke Reward Points earned at any time. The Company’s decision is final.
The Company's Reward Points program was launched on August 27th, 2016. Only orders made from that date onwards are eligible to earn Reward Points. Reward Points can only be managed and redeemed on the desktop version of the website.

Images of Gifts
Please note that for photographic purposes props have been used, these are not included in the hampers or gifts. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered.
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and the Company.
You must have the rights to any photos, videos or comments you submit to the Company.
The Company has no obligation to post or use content you submit.
By emailing your photo, video, comments and/or name, you grant the Company permission to use all of the submitted content anywhere and at any time for any lawful purpose, including for uses for commerce, merchandising, entertainment and advertising, in promoting and publicising the Company, the Site, and the Company’s products and services.
The Company has the right to edit, composite, duplicate, or alter content submitted in any manner and for any purpose it deems necessary.
You agree that you will have no right of approval, claim to compensation, and no claim arising from any use, alteration or editing of submitted content.
You must secure all rights from any other persons who appear in the content you submit to the Company.
The Company may at any time and for any reason remove your content without notice.
The Company reserves the right to change the Fan Photos Terms and Conditions at any time.
Prize may vary from item pictured according to availability.
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express , Laser, 3v, Visa Debit or PayPal and payment must be made in full before the goods can be shipped.
Our website processes all transactions in USD. Depending on your location and on your card provider, card issuers may charge an extra fee as a foreign transaction fee.
Please note: this charge is implemented & controlled by your card issuer and is beyond our control.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute The Irish Store’s acceptance of an order. Order verification of information may be required. Slowera Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order even after your receipt of an order confirmation for any reason.
In the event of any supply difficulties or seasonal products, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent or greater value and quality without notice. All photographs are accompanied by an itemized list fairly describing the contents.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS & LIMITATION
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.
